These Terms & Conditions govern use of Nautorion services.
Nautorion is a brand of KLB Solutions FZCO, registered in Dubai, UAE.

2. Services
Nautorion provides AI-powered communication, CRM integrations, and automation solutions for the yachting and related industries.

3. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

4. Use of Services

You may not misuse, resell, or exploit the services unlawfully.

You are responsible for lawful handling of all data within your organization.

5. Fees & Payment

Service and subscription fees are as agreed in your order or contract.

Performance-based fees (such as booking commissions) may apply.

Payments must be made per issued invoices.

6. Intellectual Property

All AI systems, software, and materials remain the property of KLB Solutions FZCO, unless explicitly transferred under contract.

Clients may not copy, alter, or resell solutions without prior written consent.

7. Data Protection
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including UAE PDPL and GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is capped at the total fees paid by the client in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.

Immediate termination may occur in case of material breach or unlawful use.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
